So get a load of this!!
Margaret Brady, age 14, has captained her family's farm into opening a "micro dairy" in Easton, our neighboring town. She has two Holsteins, Madison and Ivory that she milks before and after school. The quality of the milk, according to everyone from the CT State Milk Inspector to my two year old son, is of the finest quality. It is pasteurized but not homogenized: creamline dairy - the way it ought to taste. The dairy cows are raised humanely (to wit, they are basically considered members of the Brady family) and without the use of any artificial aids. We are proud to support Margaret and her family's farm by offering you a milk share to add-on to your Autumn CSA. Each week (8) when you come to pick up your vegetables and preserves, we will have a half gallon of fresh milk here for you.
Promote young farmers, drink the freshest, most delicious milk around, and support small family farms: that's a lot of goodness in one bottle of milk each week!
